The University of Lagos Community has issued three days mourning period for late Vice-Chancellor who just passed on last Friday. The three days mourning period will commence today, Monday and run through Wednesday. During the mourning period, all lectures, statutory meetings and other university activities at its three campuses (Akoka, Yaba and Idi-Araba, including its staff schools) will not hold.
Fresh facts revealed that he died as a result of myocardial infarction. Myocardial infarction refers to a situation whereby a blood clot stops blood from flowing in a heart (coronary) artery. May his soul rest in peace.
