Technology: Stolen iPhone Automatically Beams Pictures of Thief To Owner.

Katy McCaffrey who had her iPhone stolen while taking part in a Disney Cruise Line vacation sometime in April hasn't got her phone back yet but is a step closer after an alleged thief's pictures taken with the phone began uploading to her photo stream. The pictures being automatically uploaded from her iPhone appear to show a Disney Cruise employee named "Nelson" in various poses using the phone's camera.

Well, I do not own an iPhone, and so, is far from knowing whether it's an app or some kind of technology embedded in the iPhone series that aided this. But I sure raise thumb for this as I use this medium to implore RIM to enhance their BlackBerry Protect which is an app akin to this iFound You of iPhone.
