Boko Haram Leader Captured In Gun Battle.

Habib Bama, who is believed to be the  architect of some key bombings in Northern Nigeria has been captured by Joint Task Force (JTF) during gun battle.

The JTF has been on the hunt for the Boko Haram leader for three months. Bama who is a dismissed Army Private has been alleged to have masterminded and coordinated bombings in Mogadishu Barracks, the Police Headquarters, the UN Building, St Theresa’s Catholic Church at Madalla and many in Jos.

Bama was captured when the State Security Service (SSS), the military and the Police which constituted the Joint Task Force (JTF) stormed his operational base in Damaturu. A shoot-out ensued in which he was fatally wounded. He is undergoing interrogation.
